Experience

I have over a decade of experience in the banking industry, where I’ve developed a strong foundation across various operational roles including banking operations, ATM and branch management, and quality assurance. Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply involved in data management and MIS reporting, leading teams, driving operational improvements, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across channels.

My work in quality assurance includes end-to-end system testing processes such as UAT (User Acceptance Testing), PAT (Production Acceptance Testing), and production-level testing. I’ve also handled the development of operational procedures, regulatory reporting, and disaster recovery planning, all while focusing on delivering efficiency, compliance, and reliability. Finding innovative and simplified ways to improve workflows has always been a key part of my professional approach.

Previously, I worked at Citibank N.A., Indonesia as Head of Branch Engineering and ATM Operations, where I was responsible for the end-to-end operations and infrastructure of ATMs and branch support systems. Currently, I’m part of UOB Indonesia, serving as a Senior Officer in Website Management, where I contribute to enhancing the bank’s digital presence and support its digital transformation efforts through website development and management.

Currently, I am working in Web Management, where I am responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development and maintenance of the corporate website. My role involves ensuring the website’s performance and health, managing regular updates and improvements, and maintaining overall site functionality and user experience.

In addition, I manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase visibility and organic reach, track and maintain website inventory including content and assets, and utilize web analytics tools (Adobe Analytic) to monitor performance, gather insights, and support data-driven decision-making. This position allows me to bridge technical and strategic aspects of digital presence—ensuring that the website not only operates smoothly but also aligns with broader marketing and business goals.
